Simple and compact structure
Composed of three valve body sections connected by bolts, they are small in size, light in weight, convenient for installation, disassembly, and transportation. Meanwhile, they occupy a small space, making them suitable for industrial sites with limited space.
Easy maintenance
The three-piece design allows for maintenance without disassembling the pipeline threads. Only a few bolts need to be removed, and then the middle valve body part can be taken out for maintenance or replacement of internal parts, reducing maintenance time and costs.
Convenient operation
Only a 90° rotation is required to fully open or close the valve. The operating torque is small, and the opening and closing are rapid, which is convenient for remote control and automatic operation. A variety of driving mechanisms such as pneumatic and electric ones can be configured.
Fireproof and anti-static design
Some industrial three-piece ball valves have fireproof and anti-static functions. Springs can be installed between the ball, the valve stem, and the valve body to conduct the static electricity generated during the switching process, improving the safety of use. They are suitable for occasions with flammable and explosive media.
Self-cleaning function
When the ball tilts away from the valve seat, the fluid in the pipeline passes uniformly around the sealing surface of the ball at 360°, which can wash away the accumulations on the sealing surface, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning. This can reduce the wear and blockage of the sealing surface and extend the service life of the valve.

1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.
2. Do you have certificate?
Yes, FDA, CE, BV,SGS certificate, and so on.
3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
