This tri-clamp is made of 304 Stainless Steel ( Single Pin Clamp with 3 inch) for resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. 3" diameter disc on two fittings are clamped together with a high temp silicone gasket in between, providing a clean efficient connection for valves, hoses, etc.

The Tri Clamp fittings can be confusing for those not familiar with them, but if you remember these few simple guidelines working with and sizing them will be a much easier task:
Tri Clamp is the common name for sanitary fittings with a clamp end ferrule
Tri Clamp size is determined by the OD (outside diameter) of the tubing, not the diameter of the ferrule flange
For smaller OD tubing (1/2" & 3/4") and (1" & 1.5"), the Tri Clamp ferrules sizes are combined for each pair
Compatible sizes can be joined directly, but different OD tubes will affect flow; also always use the larger gasket size
Please double check everything to avoid errors in ordering and assembly

Yes, we can supply samples free of charge if not too many, but we usually require the client to pay the freight.

General speaking, the production for an normal order is 15-20 days. If the order is big, we may need more time

We do not have min. order amount requirement, but we hope the order to be more than US$5000 which the export charge will not occupy a big proportion.Small order usually increase our cost and will result in higher prices.

7.What's the payment terms you can accept.
We usually require wire transfer (T/T), small amount can Paypal or West Union, sometimes we also accept the payment terms to be irrevocable L/C at sight.
