Three-Way U-Type Flow Path

• Unique U-shaped channel design: Integrates three ports (typically one inlet and two outlets or two inlets and one outlet) in a U-shaped configuration, enabling diversion, mixing, or switching of fluid flow directions (e.g., redirecting media to different tanks or pipelines).
• Diaphragm-driven switching: Two independent diaphragms (or a single dual-acting diaphragm) control the opening/closing of each channel, ensuring zero cross-contamination between flow paths during operation.
• No dead volume: The U-shaped flow path is designed to eliminate stagnant areas, ensuring complete media drainage and facilitating in-situ cleaning (CIP) and sterilization (SIP).

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

Yes,  FDA, CE, BV,SGS certificate, and so on. 

3. How do you control the quality?  
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.  
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?  
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.  Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.  

5. How long is your delivery time?  
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.  

6. Warranty time?  
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
