- Structural Features: Usually made of stainless steel, they have a smooth surface, reducing the points where dirt and bacteria can accumulate. Their impellers and pump casings have a rather special design. Generally, they are equipped with open or semi-open impellers, which can effectively prevent the materials from being sheared and ground during the transportation process, ensuring the integrity of the materials.
- Working Principle: Driven by the motor, the impeller rotates, enabling the liquid inside the impeller to obtain centrifugal force and thus be thrown to the outer edge of the impeller and discharged through the pump casing. At the same time, a low-pressure area is formed at the center of the impeller, causing the liquid to be continuously sucked into the pump, realizing continuous transportation.
- Hygiene Advantages: Their structural design facilitates disassembly, cleaning, and disinfection, meeting strict hygiene standards. The parts in contact with the materials have a low surface roughness, making it difficult for materials to remain, reducing the risk of cross-contamination.
- Application Scenarios: In the food industry, they can be used to transport milk, fruit juice, syrup, etc.; in the pharmaceutical industry, they can be used to transport liquid medicines, distilled water, etc.; in the cosmetics industry, they can be used to transport fluid materials such as lotions and toners.

1. Are you a trading company or factory?
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.
2. Do you have certificate?
Yes, FDA, CE, BV,SGS certificate, and so on.
3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.
4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.
5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.
6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
