• Structural Composition
  • Valve Body: Generally in an angular structure, the flow channel is in a right-angle shape, which allows the fluid to turn 90 degrees inside the valve body. It has the characteristics of small flow resistance and large flow rate. The materials are usually stainless steel, brass, etc.
  • Bonnet: It is used to seal the valve body and is usually connected to the valve body by threads or bolts.
  • Valve Stem: It connects the actuator and the valve core and transmits power to make the valve core open and close. It is usually made of stainless steel and has good corrosion resistance and mechanical strength.
  • Sealing Elements: Including seat seal and stem seal, which are used to prevent fluid leakage. The seat seal generally uses soft sealing materials such as polytetrafluoroethylene, and the stem seal usually uses O-rings, packing, etc.
  • Actuator: It can be in the form of pneumatic, electric or manual, etc., and is used to control the opening and closing of the valve. The pneumatic actuator is usually composed of a cylinder, a piston, a spring, etc.; the electric actuator is composed of a motor, a speed reducer, a controller, etc.; the manual actuator is operated by a handwheel, a handle, etc.

 

• Large Flow Rate and Small Flow Resistance: The Y-shaped design or streamlined design of the inner cavity of the angle seat valve expands the flow cross-section of the valve cavity, making the fluid inside the valve cavity smoother. Compared with ordinary globe valves, it can increase the flow rate by 30%, enabling the transportation of large flow rates of fluid, and the resistance when the fluid flows is relatively small.

In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
