Application:

Open Valve:Sampling
To open valve can through rotary handle(adjust type valve) or switch  lever(open or close valve).When the central spindle and diaphra have opened,the fluid can through sample valve.

Standard Design:
The component of sterile sample valve included three parts:one valve body,one valve head and one piece diaphragm.Rubber diaphragm valve is putted in the central spindle of valve head,and use as a continual central spindle.

Close Valve:Sterilization Sample
Reverse operation handle,built-in spring can close valve,meanwhile can keep the passageway through between the hosepipes,so that doing sterilization treatment.If need use the steam,we suggest the customer installe a small type of pressuree adjust valve in the outlet.

We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

3. How do you control the quality?
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

5. How long is your delivery time?
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.

6. Warranty time?
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
