We are a manufactor
2. How can you ensure the quality?
We always take the Quality as the most important point during our business. So we have a formal regulation to control the quality, the procedure will be: A. The raw materials will be 100% inspected. we will ruturn to the supplier for any of poor raw materials. B. during production, different materials will be charged by different person to avoid any mixing. C. After production, we always inspect 50% for each lot. If there is any problem in the 50%, then we will go back to inspect 100%. of course, if our customer have the special requirement to inspect 100%. We can do that as well.
3. How do you solve the quality Complaint, if any?
We are prety proud that we never let any customer leave us bcz the quality. We'll do our best to supply the correct products, so we receive little quality complaint during our 9 years business. If it is happend, we'll be responsible for it from the begining to the end.
4. How long would be the delivery time?
Regarding the common products, 8-10 days will be enough; for bulk order, 15-25days is required. It depends the order quantity
