Stainless Steel Gate Valve
A "gate valve" is a type of valve commonly used to control the flow of fluids in a piping system. It consists of a gate or wedge that moves perpendicular to the direction of the flow. When the valve handle is turned, the gate moves vertically up or down inside the valve, either blocking or allowing flow.
Gate valves are particularly advantageous for their ability to provide a secure shutoff. When the gate is fully lowered, it completely blocks the path of the flow, making it an effective option for stopping fluid movement entirely. Conversely, when the gate is fully raised, it allows for nearly unrestricted flow, minimizing pressure drop across the valve.
These valves are most suitable for applications where the flow needs to either be fully on or fully off and are less ideal for flow regulation where gradual changes are needed. They are often used in water supply, oil and gas industries, and other systems where tight sealing is essential.

Threaded Gate Valves: These valves have threaded ends that screw directly into the piping system. They are typically used in smaller piping systems and for applications where the pressure is not too high. Threaded gate valves are also known as screwed gate valves.
Non-Rising Stem Gate Valves: In a non-rising stem gate valve, the stem does not rise or lower. Instead, the gate travels up and down the stem like a nut on a bolt. The stem is threaded on its lower end, and as the handwheel on top is turned, the gate moves up or down the stem on the threads, while the stem itself remains vertically stationary. This design is used where vertical space is limited or underground where the stem would be difficult to see.
Wedge Gate Valves: These valves have a wedge-shaped gate that fits between two inclined seats. The wedge shape of the gate and the inclined seats allow for a tight seal to be formed when the valve is closed. There are three types of wedge gate valves: solid wedges, flexible wedges, and split wedges. The choice of which to use depends on the specific requirements of the system.

In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.

For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
