Function
- Prevent Reverse Flow: The Wafer check valve can automatically prevent the reverse flow of the medium in the pipeline. When the medium flows in the normal direction, the valve opens, allowing the medium to pass through smoothly; when there is a tendency for the medium to flow in reverse, the valve will automatically close to prevent the reverse flow of the medium, thereby protecting the equipment and components in the pipeline system from the impact and damage caused by the reverse flow. For example, installing a Wafer check valve on the outlet pipeline of a water pump can prevent the water from flowing back into the water pump when the pump stops, avoid the reverse rotation of the water pump impeller, and protect the water pump equipment.
- Simple Structure: It is usually composed of main components such as the valve body, valve disc, and valve seat. The structure is relatively simple, without complex transmission mechanisms or control systems. Therefore, it has high reliability, is convenient for maintenance, and the cost is relatively low.
- Easy Installation: The Wafer check valve is generally installed on a Wafer pipeline, and the inlet and outlet directions are consistent with the flow direction of the medium in the pipeline. During installation, it is only necessary to firmly connect the two ends of the valve to the pipeline. There is no need for special installation tools or complex installation processes.
- Good Sealing Performance: Sealing is achieved through the tight fit between the valve disc and the valve seat, which can effectively prevent the leakage of the medium under normal working conditions. Some advanced design and manufacturing processes can further improve its sealing performance, ensuring good sealing effects under different working conditions.
- Low Fluid Resistance: The internal passage of the valve is designed to be relatively smooth. When the medium flows in the forward direction, after the valve disc opens, the obstruction to the medium is small, enabling the medium to flow smoothly in the pipeline, reducing energy loss, and lowering the operating cost of the pipeline system.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
