Manufacturing Process
Raw Material Selection
High - quality metals such as stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloy steel are commonly used as raw materials. These materials possess excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, which can meet the requirements of reducers in different working conditions. For example, in chemical transportation pipelines, corrosion - resistant stainless steel materials are often selected.
 

Forming Process
The pipe materials are processed into the shape of reducers through processes such as hot pressing and cold drawing. During hot pressing, the raw materials need to be heated to an appropriate temperature and then pressed in a mold to form the desired shape. Cold drawing, on the other hand, is carried out at room temperature, where an external force is used to draw the pipe material into the required reducing shape.

Polishing Treatment
After forming, the reducers are polished using methods such as mechanical polishing, chemical polishing, or electrolytic polishing. Mechanical polishing uses tools like polishing wheels to grind and remove surface defects. Chemical and electrolytic polishing rely on chemical reactions to make the surface of the reducers smooth and shiny, improving the surface finish and reducing the friction during fluid transportation

1. Are you a trading company or factory?  
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license. 
 
2. Do you have certificate?  
Yes,  FDA, CE, BV,SGS certificate, and so on. 

3. How do you control the quality?  
In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.  
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?  
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.  
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.  

5. How long is your delivery time?  
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.  

6. Warranty time?  
3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
