The wafer - type check valve is a kind of valve used to prevent the reverse flow of fluid in the pipeline. Its working principle is as follows:

Opening Process

When the fluid enters the valve along the normal flow direction, the pressure of the fluid will push the valve disc to overcome the elastic force of the spring and the gravity of the valve disc itself, causing the valve disc to rotate and open around the pin or rotating shaft on the valve seat, allowing the fluid to pass through the valve and flow to the downstream of the pipeline. In this process, the pressure of the fluid is the driving force for opening the valve. As long as the fluid pressure is large enough to overcome the resistance such as the spring force and the gravity of the valve disc, the valve will remain open to let the fluid pass smoothly.

Closing Process

When the fluid flow stops or the fluid begins to flow backward, the direction of the force exerted by the fluid on the valve disc changes. At this time, the elastic force of the spring and the gravity of the valve disc itself will make the valve disc close quickly and press tightly on the valve seat to prevent the fluid from flowing backward. The spring plays an important role in the closing process. It can provide a stable restoring force to make the valve disc reset quickly, ensuring that the valve can be closed in a timely and effective manner to prevent the occurrence of back - flow phenomena.

1. Are you a trading company or factory?  
We are a manufacturer factory and we also have our own exporting license.

In quality control, the most important is to avoid material mixing.  
In our factory, we test material by PMI machine before purchase it. And we put different material sepete and make out them.
Before packing we were test material again by Multiple sampling detection.

4. If there is any quality problem, how do you solve it?  
We are very proud that we never make one customer leave us. We are not 100% perfect, there is some quality problem.  
Normally replacement, or compensation, or resend goods to customers as per the condition. To be discussed as per condition.  

5. How long is your delivery time?  
For normal products in 3-10 days; For bulk order, in 15-35 days. It depends.

3 years warranty for all of our stainless steel products. Gaskets or the easy broken parts are not included due to the different application for customers.
